Jointly funded by industry and government, Skill Set makes sure that the UK audio visual industries have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time. They conduct consultation work with industry, publish research and strategic documents, run funding schemes and project work, and provide information about the challenges that face the industry and what must be done to overcome them. Also provides impartial media careers advice for aspiring new entrants and established industry professionals, online, face to face and over the phone.

Media Centre in Bristol, UK housing three cinemas, a café and bar, and a suite of conferencing spaces. Watershed's cinemas bring world moving image culture to local audiences, while the center also hosts Futurelab, UWE eMedia and Encounters Short Film Festival.
