Organization founded in 2001 to foster the presentation of film and video in the Greater Philadelphia area. Its mission is to engage the diverse communities of the region by producing major film events and other year-round programming. The society hosts The Philedelphia Film Festival, and the Philedelphia International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival annually.s
