A regional media arts center who's mission is to encourage the study, appreciation and utilization of the moving image arts, to foster their artistic and professional excellence, and to promote an environment where they can flourish. The Center provides a variety of film and video exhibition, education and information programs primarily directed to the residents of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.

Founded in 1992 to foster the growth and development of film and video in the state of Oregon, as well as enhancing the artistic, cultural and educational development of Oregonians. They educate new filmmakers and partner with Oregon's independent filmmakers to support the production of new works, and exhibits independent, foreign and classic films at the Hollywood Theatre.
