A 501(c)3 Non-profit organization dedicated to the production, presentation and promotion of the filmic arts in Southeastern North Carolina. Focusing on education and presentation, the group also puts on the Sometime In October Film Festival every year to showcase the best Indy film from NC and the rest of the world.

Founded by Oscar®-winning documentarian, Barbara Trent, the organization produces and distributes it's own documentary films and videos, and provides facilities, training and other support for other independent artists, activists, producers and organizations working in electronic media.
