Non-profit organization founded in 1978 to promote film as both art forum and a civic forum with regular screenings, community outreach projects and festivals. They are known primarily for the annual November Starz Denver Film Festival, and the Starz FilmCenter, a seven-screen independent movie theater, featuring the finest in independent, foreign and art house cinema year-round.

Non-profit organization which presents four annual seasonally organized programs including two festivals. Their Aspen Filmfest features independent cinema from around the globe, while the Aspen Shortsfest celebrates short films. They also host Aspen Summer Films, an array of independent, foreign and classic films and Aspen Academy Screenings featuring a winter peek at the films likely to be Oscar nominees each spring.
