Three indie theaters in the Philadelphia area showcasing independent, foreign and art film as well as the occasional discriminating studio picture.

Built in 1935, and beautifully restored between 1998 and 2001, the Dietrich features foreign, independent and classic films, as well as the discriminating blockbuster. The theater also presents cultural events, including semiannual film festivals, live theater, concerts and workshops.

The County Theater is a non-profit 501(c)3 community-owned theater and one of only a precious few remaining hometown art-deco movie theaters. As well as showing the best in art house, independent and foreign film, the theater is also involved in film restoration, special programming, and educational outreach.
