Independent film school offering courses for both industry professionals and neophytes. Primary Curriculum is a 2-day film school program designed to give students "the most information in the least amount of time." Available in person, audio, video, DVD and streaming video.

In business for over 26 years EBMC provides media production and post production services, equipment rental, and media training by its Emmy and Peabody Award winning producers. Also presents the Berkeley Video & Film Festival annually.

Video Symphony provides training and certification in entertainment media production. Students use the same equipment used by professionals, and work with instructors who work currently in the industry. The school operates under both state and national certification and supervision. Video Symphony has been BPPVE-approved since 1997.
